The enamel is sprayed on by hand and fired at 800 degrees to create a glass-like surface – without any unwanted chemicals.

Yes, you certainly can.

Whether you have an induction, electric, gas, or ceramic stove, you can enjoy the benefits of a cast iron casserole. Make sure to heat the dish gradually and never use the BOOST or POWER function on your induction stove. In most cases, medium heat will be sufficient, as cast iron casseroles retain heat incredibly well.

Both the cast iron casserole and lid can be used in the oven up to 290 degrees.

No, it doesn't.

The casserole is ready to use when you receive it and does not require any special treatment. We recommend that you wash the casserole with warm water and soap before first use – and then you're ready to get started in the kitchen.

The enameled surface of the cast iron casserole makes maintenance incredibly easy.

After use, simply wash the pot in warm water and soap with a non-scratch dish brush or sponge. Dry the pot thoroughly and store it in a dry place.

The enameled cast iron casserole will be available for pre-order on October 19 and costs €350.

The casserole has a capacity of 4.5 liters and weighs 4.95 kg with the lid.
