small potatoes
5 tbsp
sugar
30 g
butter

Instructions

Boil the potatoes with skin until they are just tender. Cool the potatoes and peel them.

Distribute the sugar in a pan and let it melt over medium heat.

Add butter, turn up the heat, and stir it together.

Add the potatoes and toss them in the caramel sauce for 6-7 minutes until the potatoes are heated through and glazed.
