Meet Adam Price
Food has played a central role in Adam Price's life, from childhood to the present day, where he can call himself a food writer, restaurateur, and cookbook author. He is perhaps best known as a TV chef on the programme 'Spise med Price', which he has made with his brother James Price since 2008.

Adam Price is also an experienced hunter who has grown increasingly passionate about bow and arrow hunting over the years: "I spend an enormous amount of time in an office on long projects, so it's wonderful to engage with something as concrete as hunting an animal. Being out in nature is never a waste of time."

Screenwriter, director, creative director, and executive producer are just some of the many titles on Adam Price's CV in the worlds of theatre, television, and fiction – among other things, he was the lead writer on the series 'Borgen', which has received both a Robert Award and the British BAFTA.

Save your chicken carcasses and make stock
If you occasionally cook whole chickens, save the carcasses instead of throwing them away. You can use them to make a lovely stock.

Once you've eaten the chicken, save the carcass and roast it off. Add water, throw in some vegetables, and reduce, reduce, reduce – until you have a stock packed with flavour.
