Bruschetta with Burrata and Roasted Tomatoes
When tomatoes are in season, it doesn't take much to create a really good serving. Here the cherry tomatoes are baked slowly in the oven, so the sweetness concentrates, before they are placed on crispy sourdough bread with creamy burrata. A simple Italian classic that works perfectly as lunch, appetizer or part of a larger meal.
