Ingredients

lemon
2 l
water
2 tbsp
salt
2 tsp
sugar
0.5 bunch
dill
8
black peppercorns
2
bay leaves
1 kg
crab claws
Avoid screen shutting off

Instructions

Step 1/4
Cut the lemon in half. Place them in a pot with water, salt, sugar, dill sprigs, peppercorns and bay leaves.
Step 2/4
Bring the pot to a boil, add crab claws, and let them simmer for 10 minutes. Skim off foam as needed.
Step 3/4
Turn off the heat and let them cool down in the liquid.
Step 4/4
Crack the claws lightly before serving, and enjoy them with good bread, mayonnaise and lemon.
